The Transaction Manager manages the home selling and buying process from the negotiations of offers and removal of contingencies through to a smooth and successful sale. The Transaction Manager provides direct customer and agent support while communicating with a variety of vendors, such as title companies, inspectors, and lenders.

Our ideal candidate has a Sales Associate License and has even been a real estate agent but has decided a steady income and predictable hours are more desirable, flexible problem-solving abilities and superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
